Recruitment Privacy Policy

CliniSys | MIPS  wants to inform you as job applicant about how your personal data is handled during the job application process, which is done in compliance with the GDPR regulation. 

Your data will be processed by MIPS, depending on the country of your job application this is: 

  • For Belgium: MIPS NV, Sluisweg 2 b 5, 9000 Gent 
  • For The Netherlands: MIPS BV, Sluisweg 2 b 5, 9000 Gent 
  • For France: MIPS SARL, 8, Cours Louis Lumière, 94300 Vincennes

Lawfulness of processing. Your data provided or requested will only be used for recruitment purposes, in accordance with article 6, 1.b of the GDPR. MIPS will store in its files your contact details, professional profile, education history and work experience. 

Sharing of your data. Your data will not be passed on to any third party without informing you. This may happen for e.g. personality or skills tests. When this happens your data will be used only for this purpose and it will not be used for any other purpose. 

Storage of your data.
For the purpose of organizing and carrying out the recruitment process, we use the software of Ultimate Software, 2000 Ultimate Way, Weston, FL 33326, USA.
Ultimate Software is certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield Agreement and is committed to comply with EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, we have concluded a “Data- Processing-Agreement” with Ultimate Software. This is a contract in which Ultimate Software undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with their data protection regulations and in particular not to pass it on to third parties.

Your data will be kept during the period required for the candidate selection. If you have not been selected for the vacancy and after you have received a notification, your details will be kept for another six months. After this period, your data will be removed from our systems. Should you agree that your data is kept online for a longer period – e.g. for building a recruitment reserve – we ask you inform us of such via mail on [email protected] 

Your rights in relation to GDPR. As per the EU regulation, you have the right to access your stored data at MIPS, the right to rectifications, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object and the right to data portability. Note that executing these rights may not be reversible and can have an impact on the selection process. For executing any of these rights please direct your request to [email protected]
