Training Given by Experts

Our training goal is to equip our customers with the skills and tools to enable you to evolve the GLIMS configurations whenever required to support improvements and enhancements you wish to make to your laboratory work flows and processes.

Our training approach is a mix of classroom-based training using the GLIMS software and hands-on tasks to configure GLIMS under the guidance of our team of product engineers.  Our product engineers have many years experience of deploying GLIMS and many have previous hands-on laboratory experience.   This in-depth domain knowledge and understanding means they can readily translate user requirements into GLIMS configurations and explain the approach in language understood by the laboratory staff.

We have a wide range of proven training courses covering basic system usage through to detailed explanations of our discipline specific work groups.   All of our training courses are supported with detailed training manuals which are continually updated to reflect the latest enhancements introduced into our product portfolio.   Extensive context sensitive, on-line help is available in all of our products to supplement the training course material.

Additional training courses are available at any time, either at the customer's site or in-house in our training facilities.
