Following the successful launch of our new Genomic Laboratory Information Management System in Europe and the recent go live at Poitiers University Hospital, France, CliniSys is proud to invite you to the UK premier launch of GLIMS Genomics. This is the first new Genomic LIMS launched in the UK for many years and we hope you will be amongst the first in the UK to see this new system demonstrated and how it resolves common challenges.

This digital event will explore how our solution supports all aspects of a modern clinical genomics laboratory. In this one-hour webinar you will hear from Dr Fabienne Dufernez, Cytogeneticist at Poitiers University Hospital who will detail how GLIMS Genomics is already delivering benefits to the service.

This event provides an invaluable chance to hear about the features and benefits of our new Genomic LIMS and how it can support the essential drive to standardisation and ultimately better patient healthcare.

Emma Huntridge and Steve Abbs of CliniSys will also demonstrate the system covering key functional areas including the following elements:

Workflows – Graphical display of laboratory procedures and a sample’s progress through the laboratory; supports all common genomic technologies and new technologies can readily be incorporated.

Pedigree drawing – Comprehensive pedigree drawing tool for family management; easily link relatives in the LIMS through a pedigree drawing; capable of showing multiple phenotypes and complex relationships.

Integrated reports – Generate individual reports for every test, or combine any or all results on a sample/patient into one integrated report with individual results and overall summary or MDT conclusion.

Multi-site functionality – Flexibility to run a single instance of the LIMS across multiple sites in a network in support of the emergence of the Genomic Laboratory Hubs and networked workflows.
